BFI Festivals Head Tricia Tuttle Joins National Film And Television School

Tricia Tuttle has joined the National Film And Television School as Acting Head of Department for the directing fiction course.

Tuttle stepped down as festivals director at the BFI in October 2021 after a decade working for the organization.

For the past five years, she has led the BFI London Film Festival and BFI Flare.

Tuttles successor at the BFI has yet to be announced.

In 2018, the school won BAFTAs Outstanding British Contribution to Cinema Award.

Tuttles role at the NFTS is currently set to run through September.
