Hollicks TV drama department is set to be brought together with Film4 under one commissioning lead.
Film 4 is run by newly-promoted Ollie Madden, who is expected to take the lead role.
The latter was Channel 4s largest-ever drama debut on streaming.

The pair are set to depart alongside fact-ent boss Alf Lawrie, who is also understood to be exiting.
