The suit was filed in federal court in December 2020 by former SAG presidentEd Asnerand nine other SAG-AFTRA members.
Asner died in 2021, but a federal judge allowed the case to continue.
Those allocations will be based on the residual earnings of those Senior Performers.

Defendants have similarly agreed to the settlement for the sake of avoiding the time and expense of litigation.
