He was previously VP PVS Corporate Strategy,MGM+and MGM Alternative Television.
Brearton will oversee all aspects of the companys business strategy, operations and growth.
Brearton joined MGM asChief Operating Officer in February 2018.
He is the latest to join the company followingFortniteco-creator Donald Mustard, who joined last year.
