The latest tally was 199 votes for Jordan and 212 for House Democratic Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

Jordon told reporters afterward that he hasnt decided if he will pursue a third vote.
He also called on the GOP to seek a bipartisan solution.
The country cant afford more delays and more chaos, he said.
