Jameelah Elena Michl, the suspect in the shooting death ofMichael Latt, has been charged with murder.
If found guilty, 36-year-old Michl could be sentenced to spend the rest of her life behind bars.
His fiancee, Hannah Lovingood, was in the residence at the time too.

Latt, 33, died soon afterwards at a local hospital.
Michl remained at the scene of the crime as 911 was called.
