The 42nd Street venue officially became the Todd Haimes Theatre in a dedication ceremony tonight.
Constructed in 1918, the Selwyn was the last of the Broadway theaters built on 42nd Street.
Eventually, it fell into disrepair and was abandoned.

Roundabout renamed the venue for its corporate donor.
