We have no idea whats going to happen in the scripts, we dont get them.
They write them late.
So we had no idea what it was gonna be about.
So we got the assignment, [and] we were like, Wait, what?'
And imagine our faces at that moment.
Instead of being method actors, we were method writers, Mizer said.
For the trash-themed act, they landed on a young composer … and theyre showing off.
They want to be entertaining.
Theyre going to be razzle dazzle.
Theyre gonna be a little dirtier than 50s musicals.
