Twitter is being sued by the UKs Crown Estate over unpaid rent at its London headquarters.

The Estate filed a claim with the High Court in London last week.

Court proceedings have been issued to Twitter.

CNN Business reported earlier this month he has stopped paying rent on Twitter offices globally.

He has not commented on the Estates claim or any others.

It has returned 3BN ($3.2BN) in the past decade.

In total, The Estate owns more than 10 million sq ft of property across the UK.
