Williams, 71, of Manchester Center, was pronounced dead at Albany Medical Center in New York.
Almost two months after the accident that killed theEverwoodactor, the Bennington County States Attorney has completed its review.
He will appear for arraignment on September 25 of this year.

Williams died June 12 at 71, and his family issued a statement at the time.
