The new office opened earlier this month and more than doubles the size of the company.
It is located outside of Atlanta, and recruitment for dozens of artist and technician roles is underway.
Whiskytree worked on Disney+’s Star Wars series AndorDisney+
The studio expects this to add new film and TV projects to its slate and is accepting new work.
It noted that in December alone, there were more than 12 movies filming there.
Whiskytree has a client list including Lucasfilm, Marvel Studios, Netflix, Skydance and Apple Studios.
