Moyer has been vice president of the Strategic Industries unit at Alphabets Google Cloud since July 2019.
Prior to Alphabet, Moyer also served as Director of Financial Services at Amazon Web Services.

He replaces board member and interim CEO Adam Gross, who will remain on the board after the transition.
At Google Cloud, Moyer was in charge of AI applied engineering and business development.
Vimeos shares rose 1.71% in extended trading.
